Jambalaya is a Louisiana Creole dish of Spanish and French influence. This is Jambalaya cooked in a Paellera, not as wet as traditional Jambalaya.

Arroz Negro is a Valencian and Catalan dish made with squid and rice colored and flavored with black squid ink, somewhat similar to Seafood Paella. In fact, some call it Paella Negra (black paella in Spanish)
